World's First Newspaper was Published by Rome?



The world's first regular newspapers were not like the ones we have today.  Handwritten news on the pages of AP Gas then reached the customers, who included people living in villages as well as tourists who wanted to know the news of their country.  Such periodicals probably first appeared in Greek during the Hellenistic period in 323 BC in urban centers such as Alexandria.  In the first century BC, such newspapers, written in Latin, began to be published in various parts of the Roman Empire.  Roman government to publish the world's first daily newspaper.  One was published from the first century BC to the 5th century AD.  In addition to daily news broadcasts, senators' proceedings, court cases, official announcements, births, deaths, financial reports, sports news, and even literary works were published.  This was the first newspaper where a group of local officials and employees worked including journalists and editors. The name of the first newspaper was Daily News  (Aeta Diunna)
