Recipe :    
                                                                                                                                                                             

1.   whole chicken - 600 gram 

2.  ginger paste - 1 teaspoon

3.  garlic paste - 1/4 teaspoon

4. cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon

5. chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon

6. chopped wood nuts  - 1/4 teaspoon

7. raisin - 1 teaspoon

8. Poppy seeds - 1 teaspoon

9. garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon

10. oil - 3 tablespoon

11. ghee - 1/4 teaspoon

12. sour yogurt - 3 tablespoon

13. cream - 1 teaspoon

14. onion barista - 3 tablespoon

15. potato Pune - 4 piece

16. bay leaf - 2/3 piece

17. cloves - 3 piece 

18. saffron - just a little bit

19. barbecue sauce - the amount like 

20. bae salt - as per taste



Procedure : 
                                                                                    

Gently cut the chicken into four pieces. Score the meat with a knife and drain the water. Rub some saffron on the chicken. Then apply sour curd on the meat and keep it for 20 minutes. In a greased oven-proof dish add oil ginger garlic green chilies coriander-cumin powder bay leaf long and 2 tablespoons of water and put it in the oven. Press the button once in the microwave, set the micro power to 100%, and cook for two minutes. After two minutes, take the dish out of the oven and mix it well with roasted masala, sour curd, chicken, onions, cream, salt, ghee, potatoes, raisins, and chopped almonds, mix well, close the lid and cook in the oven for six minutes at 100% micro power. After 6 minutes remove from oven and shake well. Close the lid of the dish again with crushed poppy seeds and rose water and cook there for 4 minutes at 100 percent power. After 4 minutes, remove the dish from the oven and serve with hot polao or naan roti.
