The concrete mix for RCC work is generally a 1:2:4 ratio. 1 part of cement, 2 parts of sand, and 4 parts of aggregate shall be measured by weight. The such mixture should be made per sack and water should be a maximum of 25 liters. Basically: measurements should be taken based on weight but can also be measured as volume for general work. The wooden form should be used for khoya or sand. The size of the form will be 35 cm. 25 cm. 40 cm. 35 liters. It is convenient to make it a simple calculation. Casting should be done before the set begins. It is better if the welding is done within half an hour to 1 hour. It is wrong to add extra water to make the casting workable after it is too late and then use it. It should be noted that casting on pillars should not be cast from more than 1.5 m above, otherwise all materials will separate. After welding, it should be neat so that there are no gaps. For this, a needle vibrator or iron rod should be used.

The floor should be filled with VT sand and well compacted and watered so that no part is weak. After laying the bricks and casting the concrete, the casting should be as per the design.

Roof molding                                                                                                                                 

Shuttering of the entire roof should be done at once. Every 1-foot thick bamboo should be blocked so that the form of the roof and beam is strong enough. Check whether the form is flat or not with the label. It is better to complete the rod work and welding in one day. Roof and beam welding should be done simultaneously. The roof can be 4-8 inches thick. The form can be opened after 21-28 days. Curing should be done by keeping water on the surface of the roof one day after casting.

Woodworking for welding                                                                                                        

A plank or plate should be used for centering without any holes in it and diesel or grease should be applied to the plank before welding to give a nice finish to the weld. It is best to use a thin polythene seat. If the work goes well, the shutters can be opened at the following times.
